I'm not sure what the tailor is saying because its not Tagalog, but I can translate what the Filipino guy said after the tailor said something to him.
"But, I'm hungry...and if I'm hungry then I'm going to eat...Don't stop me from doing what I want to do(I could barely make it out because the tailor started yelling alot)...Motherfucker I want to! (breaks mirror)
